“Sex, Drugs and HIV – Let’s Get Rational”

From the Network of Sex Workers Women from Latin America and the Caribbean, we repudiate the repressive attitude of the police persecution of Colombia against sex workers women in that country.

Our Executive Secretary, Elena Reynaga, was interviewed by “Corresponsales Clave” to give her opinion regarding the rejection sex workers women had, along with other civil society groups, to share their work at the International Conference on AIDS. We share the full story.

During the celebration of 8th of March in Mexico City, the workers women demanded that the authorities do not take them into account. Particularly the claim is directed to the deputy Rosy Orozco, president of the Special Commission for Combating Trafficking in people.
