ASMUBULI participated in the Binational Fair on Sexual and Reproductive Health with a stand where they presented the work of the organization and RedTraSex.

On September 29, was performed the Binational Fair “Together for Sexual and Reproductive Health without Frontiers” in the old Customs House of the Rumichaca International Bridge.
The binational exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Social Protection of Colombia, the Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador, the Foreign Ministries, the Nariño Departmental Institute of Health and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

The meeting is part of the project «Migration and Health» that seeks to promote interest in health programs of interest along the border with Ecuador. Attended by delegates from international agencies, NGOs, civil, ecclesiastical and military authorities, provincial departments of Sucumbíos, Esmeraldas and Carchi and local departments of health of the municipalities of Ipiales, Tumaco, Carlosama, Cumbal and Ricaurte, Health Institutions, the educational sector, the judiciary sector and the general community.

In this regard, Fidelia Suarez said «we were very busy because we used this space to publicize our issues and needs between the two countries, which are numerous and unfortunately there are always losses among local governments. Having a stand with our work and material of RedTraSex was an important opportunity».
