March 8 International Women’s Day

On March 8, International Women’s day, sex workers women from UNES participated in the march organized by the «Movement for Health of Women» and «Amnesty International». Before Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare they reminded the women who died in Paraguay and denounced the deaths of women due to lack of timely care as a public health problem and as a violation of fundamental human rights of women in the country. Subsequently, they carried on the march to the Congress.
