The Blue Sky Week meeting takes place to discuss programmatic and strategic issues, share experiences of the Alliance organizations and the Secretaries of Lac Networks.

This time in Cochabamba (Bolivia), from 10 to 14 of October, the annual meeting organized by International Alliance had among its objectives to analyze the conjectural challenges and key opportunities to the Alliance, socialize best practices on quality programs, Technical Assistance and the results achieved in the previous year.
 
REDTRASEX Executive Secretary attended the meeting by presenting the experience of developing a regional proposal for the grant from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
 
At the end of first day was also a regular session of «Organizations Fair» opportunity in which institutions and networks share their material and publicize their work.
 
Moreover, on October 11, male and female representatives of the Alliance, Lynette Lowndes (Program Executive Director), Javier Hourcade Bellocq (regional representative for Latin America and the Caribbean) and Ana Maria Bejar (team leader of Latin America and The Caribbean) paid a visit to ONAEM organization, local representative of REDTRASEX, accompanied by the REDTRASEX Executive Secretary, Elena Reynaga. After a formal presentation to the entity, they dedicated an evening on advising the fellows on CCM functioning, among other topics.
