This paper discusses the urgent need to review the legislation at regional and global level to ensure respect of sex workers Rights.

This pronouncement was made for the meeting that the Organisation of American States (OAS), held at its forty-first General Assembly in El Salvador from 5 to 7 June 2011. RedTraSex announced its position at the meeting to present their claims to the assembly.
