The role of sex workers women in the processes of governance of RedTraSex.

In 2005, the Network of Sex Workers Women in Latin America and the Caribbean (RedTraSex), with support from the International HIV / AIDS Alliance (the Alliance), decided to increase the participation of its members in decision-making and responsibilities of the organization. Under this
premise they began participatory construction of its statutes. Result? They
improved governance practices and promoted the involvement,
empowerment and commitment of its members.
