Mujeres Unidas luchando por sus derechos is working intensively on information campaigns with fellows of La Ceiba, the third largest city in Honduras and the head of the department Atlantis.

On August 5, the representative and leader of the Honduran organization of RedTraSex, Karla Pacheco, gave a talk entitled «Safe Sex» attended by more than twenty sex workers women who worked on such important issues as the negotiation of condoms with clients. The meeting was supported by Coxisida.

Also, on September 2, they visited the working areas and night-clubs in town to talk with fellows about the need to check their health. In that sense, twenty five fellows were able to attend the clinic UMIETS (Management Unit of sexually transmitted infections) to perform the tests.
