Between November 15 and 18, a meeting was held between representatives of the 15 countries that form REDTRASEX and was funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

Thirty titular and substitutes focal points attended the conference where a four-day workshop on organizational strengthening took place, facilitated by Javier Hourcade Bellocq Regional Representative of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance. Workshop goal was to increase awareness of the Network fellows on issues related to leadership, organization development and conflict resolution. They also worked in the collective construction of a Chart of Principles. The remaining days were dedicated to presentations of organizations and especially socialization of the project presented in the Global Fund 10th round. To do this, Manuel Irizar, representative of principal recipient, UNDP-Argentina, provided an explanatory talk on administrative matters that the organism should manage.
