Our Historiy

Asociación de Mujeres Trabajadoras Sexuales Girasoles

We were born on 29th of November of 2007, with technical support from the REDTRASEX. Joining was the way we found to deal with and seek alternatives for serious abuse and violation of human rights that we, sex workers, suffer daily from different institutions and society in general. We consider vital fighting against stigma, discrimination and violence generated by a culture of double standards that in one hand promotes and, in the other hand, it judges and blames.
